General

• All commissions are for personal use only, unless discussed otherwise.

• I reserve the right to decline any request for any reason, including subject matter or scheduling conflicts.
  

Process

• Commission requests are only accepted via my official commission request form. Click here to go to form.

• Once your request is received and approved, I’ll send you an estimate and timeline via email.

• I’ll also provide a rough sketch for your approval before moving on to final work (unless otherwise agreed).

• Minor revisions are allowed during the initial sketch stage; revisions after that may incur an extra fee.
  

Payment

• A 50% deposit of the total cost is required to begin the piece. The remaining 50% is due upon completion, before delivery.

• All payments are non-refundable once work has begun.

• Rush commissions may include an added fee.
  

Usage & Copyright

• I retain full rights to the artwork, including the right to display it in my portfolio, on social media, or use it in promotional material.

• You may:

  • Share this finished piece with credit

  • Use it as a profile picture, wallpaper, or print for personal use

• You may not:

  • Use the artwork for commercial purposes without licensing

  • Alter or resell the work

  • Remove my signature or claim the art as your own

Commercial Work

• If you’d like to use the artwork for commercial purposes (merch, branding, resale, etc.), please specify this in your request. Commercial licensing fees apply.

Cancellations & Refunds

• If you cancel before work begins, your deposit may be refunded.

• Once work has started, no refunds will be issued.

Communication

• Please submit all commission requests through the Art Commissions Form under the Commissions Tab.

• Please allow up to 3 business days for responses.

• Harassment, rude behavior, or excessive messaging may result in cancellation and a permanent ban from future commissions.

Final Delivery

• For physical commissions or printed works, your artwork will be securely packaged and shipped to the address you provide once full payment is received.

• Shipping fees will be discussed upfront and added to your final invoice.

• You’ll receive a tracking number once the piece has been mailed. I am not responsible for delays or damage caused by the postal service, but I will do my best to help resolve any issues.

• If your commission includes a digital proof, it will be sent for final approval before shipping.

• Local pickup may be available on a case-by-case basis (e.g., large pieces, fragile pieces, etc).
